How It Works?!

The part is passed between a rotating burnishing roller and a support roller or shoe, with consistent pressure applied throughout the circumference. The rolling action cold-works the surface without any material removal. Unlike grinding or polishing, the surface is hardened and leveled using deformation, producing excellent roundness and finish in one pass.
